AI SDLC Enablement Consultant

Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.
Responsibilities
Champion the adoption and scaling of AI tools across all phases of the SDLC, including requirements management, development, testing, documentation, and delivery
Guide teams on leveraging solutions such as GitHub Copilot, Jira AI, AI-enabled testing platforms, and other emerging AI productivity tools
Develop standards, playbooks, training materials, and success metrics to drive consistent adoption
Upskill product and engineering teams through coaching, workshops, and hands-on support
Assess current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend AI-driven process enhancements that increase productivity, quality, and speed to market
Partner with stakeholders to measure adoption, business impact, and ROI of AI-enabled capabilities
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience implementing and scaling AI tools within software development organizations
Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC processes and Agile delivery methodologies
Experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Jira AI, AI-assisted testing platforms, code quality tools, and related developer productivity solutions
Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and influence cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
