Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Project Manager role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Product Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for Psyllium-based products, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across manufacturing, quality, logistics, and international operations. The role involves planning and tracking project milestones, expediting materials and approvals, and ensuring inspections and quality checks are completed on schedule. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage logistics, address operational risks, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and international customers. Daily activities include project documentation, status reporting, process improvement initiatives, and alignment of project outcomes with business and customer objectives.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and timelines.
Hands-on experience in Expeditor and Expediting roles, ensuring timely availability of materials, documentation, and approvals.
Knowledge of inspection processes and standards, including Inspection activities related to quality assurance and compliance.
Competence in Logistics Management, with the ability to manage domestic and international shipments, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in project management are an advantage.
Prior experience in manufacturing, food ingredients, pharmaceuticals, or related process industries is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in standard office and project management tools; familiarity with ERP or logistics systems is a plus.
