Role Description The Data Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jabalpur. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to generate meaningful insights that support business decisions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards, performing statistical analysis, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements. The role involves developing data models, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting findings in a clear, actionable format. The Data Analyst will also contribute to improving data quality, documentation, and processes to enhance overall data management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and Data Modeling.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel (must have), SQL (must have), BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (good to have) and basic programming skills in languages like Python or R (good to have).
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Jabalpur, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Experience in analytics for Ecom and Qcom, or IT services domains is an advantage.
