Senior Project Manager — AI Real Estate Platform (Dwelleo)
You will own delivery across ten concurrent workstreams on a bilingual AI-powered real estate platform operating in Saudi Arabia. This is not a role where you inherit a process. You will build it: intake, prioritisation, roadmapping, release cadence, dependency and risk management, and the reporting layer that tells the exec team the truth about where things stand.
What you'll own
A single, live roadmap across all streams, with dependencies made visible and sequencing decisions defended
Sprint and release discipline in Jira and documentation standards in Confluence
Delivery risk: identify it early, quantify it, escalate it with options rather than with problems
Cross-team dependency management between backend, frontend, QA, Odoo, AI, and DevOps
Vendor and integration timelines (Retell, WhatsApp Business API, Geidea, Nafath, Odoo)
Weekly delivery reporting to the CTO and exec stakeholders: status, slippage, root cause, recovery plan
Capacity planning and realistic commitment-setting, including saying no
Requirements
7+ years managing software delivery, at least 3 of them across multiple concurrent streams or a multi-team program
Demonstrated experience establishing delivery process in an organisation that lacked it, not just operating an existing one
Deep Jira and Confluence fluency: workflows, automation, dashboards, reporting that people actually use
Comfort with technical subject matter: APIs, microservices, data pipelines, third-party integrations. You don't write code, but you can't be handled by engineers either
Track record of shipping on committed dates, and an honest account of the times you didn't
Fluent English. Arabic is an advantage
Nice to have
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
Experience with AI/ML product delivery (non-deterministic scope, model dependencies, data readiness as a blocker)
Regulated-market delivery (financial services, data protection regimes)
Real estate, proptech, or marketplace background
Experience with distributed teams across time zones
