*About the Role*
La Joie Primary Learning Habitat is seeking a passionate and caring Preschool Teacher to nurture young learners in a child-centric environment. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to fostering children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
2. Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
3. Support children's overall development through play-based and experiential learning.
4. Observe, assess, and maintain records of student progress.
5. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
6. Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays.
7. Ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of students.
8. Participate in school events, trainings, meetings, and other assigned responsibilities.
*Eligibility Criteria*
1. Graduate in any discipline (NTT, ECCE, Montessori Certification, or B.Ed. preferred).
2. 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
5. Basic computer proficiency will be an added advantage.
*Job Details*
* Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
* Working Days: Monday to Saturday
* Working Hours: 6.5 hours per day
* Job Type: Full-time
* Location: On-site, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
