Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Daman. The individual in this position will engage with customers, present services and offerings, respond to inquiries, and support the entire sales cycle from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Daily tasks include maintaining product and service knowledge, preparing quotations, processing orders, and updating sales records and reports. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, assisting in promotional activities, and participating in local marketing initiatives. The Sales Associate is expected to meet sales targets, build long-term customer relationships, and uphold company standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers and team members.
Demonstrated sales aptitude, including negotiation, persuasion, and basic customer relationship management.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and presentations) and comfort working with sales or CRM software.
Ability to work on-site in Daman, maintain a professional appearance, and adapt to a hospitality and marketing environment.
Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or holidays, based on business requirements.
