Role Description<

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for a globally oriented consulting workforce. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing compliance with employment laws, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records. The Human Resources Manager will support people development through training coordination, feedback processes, and career progression frameworks, while promoting an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture. The role also requires close collaboration with leadership to forecast staffing needs, support organizational change, and improve HR processes and systems.
Qualifications
Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, with experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management, with the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
Experience with HR policies, compliance, and documentation, including familiarity with employment law and best-practice HR frameworks.
Capability in training coordination, employee development, and engagement initiatives to support a positive and productive remote work environment.
Comfort using HRIS or HR management tools, along with solid organizational and time-management skills in a remote setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or similar) are an advantage.
Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or international/immigration services is beneficial.
