ServiceNow Architect -Trainer Role Part Time

Role Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Architecture SME who can deliver an Aspiring ServiceNow Architect program for experienced practitioners. The trainer must combine strong ServiceNow architecture expertise with practical implementation experience and should be able to teach through real-world examples, sanitized case studies, design reviews and architecture decision scenarios rather than classroom theory alone.
Qualifications
Strong practical knowledge of ServiceNow Platform Architecture and platform capabilities.
Application architecture including Global vs Scoped applications, application boundaries, extensibility and layering.
• CSDM, CMDB, CI class hierarchy, data modelling, reconciliation, CMDB governance and CMDB health.
• Integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, events and enterprise integration patterns.
• ServiceNow security architecture including roles, ACLs, authentication/authorization, service accounts, data segregation and sensitive-data controls.
• Architecture-level understanding of ITSM, ITOM and CSM, including cross-product design considerations. • Flow Designer, orchestration, reusable automation patterns and configuration-vs-customization decisions
. • Performance, scalability, technical debt, release/upgrade strategy, source-controlled development and application repository considerations.
• AI in ServiceNow, including Now Assist / AI Agent use cases, governance, guardrails and human-in-the-loop patterns
. • Ability to connect ServiceNow architecture with NFRs such as security, availability, performance, scalability, maintainability, compliance, resilience and cost.
