Looking for an enthusiastic, hard working salesperson with exceptional communication skills - to sell food products to wholesalers and shops/cafes/restaurants/hotels.

Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving B2B sales and building long-term relationships with cafes, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and distributors. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting sales visits, presenting product offerings, and negotiating pricing and contracts. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with farm operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and high service standards. The Sales Specialist will track market trends, gather customer feedback, and support promotional activities to expand New Age Farming’s presence in the local and regional market. This position requires consistent on-site engagement, field visits, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide professional support.
Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
Sales Management and Training capabilities to manage pipelines, use CRM tools, and support onboarding or guidance for team members.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, conduct frequent client visits, and maintain reliable, professional interactions.
Basic understanding of agriculture, food service, or FMCG sectors; experience with fresh produce or farm-to-table concepts is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet sales targets and report performance metrics.
Comfort with using digital tools for presentations, documentation, and communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
