Job Summary
Excretra Solutions is looking for a Senior Facilities Executive to manage day-to-day workplace and facility operations. The role will ensure a safe, efficient, clean, and well-maintained working environment while coordinating with employees, vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
Role Description : The Facility Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations and ensuring a safe, well-maintained work environment. The role includes coordinating building services, monitoring housekeeping and maintenance activities, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. The Facility Executive will track facility issues, support space utilization planning, and assist in implementing facility management (FM) policies and procedures. This position also focuses on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to employee and stakeholder requests, communicating clearly, and proactively addressing facility-related concerns. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities – Facility Operations
· Manage daily facility operations across office/corporate environments.
· Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure workplace standards.
· Manage space planning, workplace planning, and office moves.
· Ensure smooth operation of building infrastructure and employee support services.
Soft Services Management
· Manage housekeeping, janitorial services, waste management, pest control, and landscaping.
· Monitor vendor performance through SLAs and KPIs.
· Conduct quality audits and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Technical Facilities Management
· Coordinate maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems, UPS, fire & life safety systems, plumbing, and access control systems.
· Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
· Coordinate with technical vendors and contractors.
· Monitor utility consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.
Pantry & Cafeteria Management
· Oversee pantry and cafeteria operations.
· Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
· Manage catering requirements for meetings, events, and leadership visits.
· Monitor food vendor performance and employee satisfaction.
· Maintain pantry and cafeteria inventory.
Vendor & Contract Management
· Manage multiple vendors and service providers.
· Process purchase requests, work orders, and service contracts.
· Review vendor invoices and support budget monitoring.
· Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews.
Health, Safety & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
· Support fire safety and emergency response programs.
· Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
· Maintain facility compliance and certification documentation.
Logistics Support
· Coordinate basic import and export activities related to office equipment.
· Coordinate with logistics providers, customs agents, and internal stakeholders.
· Track shipments and maintain logistics documentation.
· Support inventory management and asset movement.
Stakeholder Management
· Act as the primary contact for facility-related requests.
· Coordinate with employees, vendors, and management teams.
· Ensure timely resolution of service requests and complaints.
· Maintain a high level of customer service and workplace experience.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
· 4–6 years of experience in Facilities Management.
· Hands-on experience in soft services, technical facility operations will be a plus.
· Certification in Facility Management (IFMA/FMP/SFM), Safety, or related disciplines is preferred.
