🔹 Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Manager and team with 5-10+ years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, who can drive revenue, build scalable processes, and lead a team to success.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to achieve business targets
* Drive lead generation via calls, emails, and digital platforms
* Own inbound & outbound sales pipeline and conversion strategy
* Build strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with Business Development & Field Sales teams
* Track performance metrics, optimize sales processes, and ensure revenue growth
* Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate sales reporting
