We're looking for a Senior Consultant, Personalization Solutions to lead the implementation of personalization solutions for world-class financial institutions. A strategic, high-impact role with direct visibility to client leadership — and the freedom to work from wherever you want.

🎯 The profile we're looking for
We're not looking for a digital marketing expert — we're looking for someone with a consulting mindset, able to structure, coordinate, and drive complex projects to completion (PMO), with strategic vision and comfort operating across business, product, technology, and client teams.
You should have:
✅ 4+ years of experience in consulting, project management, client delivery, or client engagement environments
✅ Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives (business + product + technology)
✅ Ability to gather requirements, monitor milestones, and drive solution adoption
✅ Proven trilingual proficiency: advanced/high Spanish and Portuguese, high English (required)
✅ Nice to have: prior experience in personalization, CRM, loyalty, martech, or campaign management
🧩 What you'll do
Lead end-to-end delivery of personalization projects for financial institutions
Serve as the bridge between Delivery, Product, Technology, and Account teams
Gather and validate client requirements, coordinate onboarding, testing, and deployment
Track timelines, risks, and blockers, proactively escalating as needed
Translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations
Document best practices and contribute to continuous delivery improvement
