Executive - CEO's Office

Role Summary
An execution-focused role centered on operational follow-through, rigorous data tracking, and keeping cross-functional teams accountable. You will act as the operational backbone for the GM and CEO's Office, translating strategic directives into structured trackers, clean spreadsheets, and reliable deliverables. You will work closely with the General Manager and executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, track cross-functional execution, and build data-driven decision-making tools. This position serves as a launchpad for individuals looking to build a career in healthcare strategy, operations, and general management within the medical device and diagnostics sector.
Key Responsibilities
Task Tracking & Follow-Ups
Maintain master tracking sheets for all open action items stemming from leadership, operational, and strategic meetings.
Regularly check in with functional heads and project owners for status updates, pending deliverables, and data inputs.
Flag missed deadlines and bottlenecks immediately to the GM before they impact broader timelines.
Dashboard Maintenance & Data Management
Update, clean, and maintain weekly and monthly operational dashboards in Excel.
Consolidate disparate data feeds from sales, manufacturing, R&D, and regulatory into standardized reporting formats.
Audit data inputs regularly to ensure accuracy in executive reporting.
Market Analysis & Commercial Landscaping
Track competitor product launches and pricing updates using public databases, industry reports, and trade portals.
Maintain competitor matrixes detailing product portfolios, regulatory approvals, and regional footprints.
Compile straightforward, data-driven summary sheets and landscape reports for internal market reviews.
Project Administration & Coordination
Set up review meetings, circulate structured agendas, and draft precise meeting minutes with clear owner assignments.
Organize and manage shared document repositories, version-controlled trackers, and project files.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a project coordination, business analysis, or operational support role where rigorous follow-through was critical.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. A background in life sciences or biotechnology (B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech) is strongly preferred to easily navigate diagnostic terminology and product pipelines.
Hard Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build clear, uncluttered tracking sheets and landscape presentations.
Work Ethic & Traits: High-accountability mindset, strong attention to detail, persistence in following up across teams, and comfort handling routine execution tasks.
