Account Operations Specialist

Role Overview
Support the team by preparing and managing sufficient Meta advertising assets to ensure smooth advertising operations. Responsibilities may be adjusted or expanded based on specific client requirements and project needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and set up Facebook accounts on a daily basis.
• Submit Business Manager (BM) authorization requests and manage BM-related access.
• Verify advertising billing and payment information.
• Monitor Facebook and Instagram account login status and accessibility.
• Check the current status of all accounts and identify accounts requiring verification.
• Create Facebook Pages according to account status and business requirements.
• Configure and allocate Meta advertising assets, including Facebook Accounts, Facebook Pages, Ad Accounts, and Business Managers (BM).
• Maintain and update operational reports for different business purposes.
• Research relevant websites and platforms in specific industries, register accounts as required, and provide relevant information.
• Accurately record account status, asset configuration, and operational activities.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned based on client requirements.
Personnel Requirements
• Bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Familiarity with Facebook account relationships and Meta asset structures.
• Understanding of the relationship between Facebook Accounts, Pages, Ad Accounts, and Business Managers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
• Good research, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Experience in social media, digital advertising, or platform operations is preferred.
Working Arrangement
• Working Days: Monday–Friday
• Working Hours: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, flexible depending on workload and task requirements.
• Payment: Based on actual working hours, calculated according to the duration required to complete assigned tasks.
Project Coverage
Support English- and Chinese-speaking markets, including but not limited to relevant countries and regions.
