Role Description The Content Producer internship is a hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The intern will assist in planning, producing, and managing multimedia content for Mocha Ink Mag’s digital platforms, including articles, videos, and social features. Daily responsibilities include coordinating content calendars, supporting video shoots and post-production, drafting written pieces, and organizing content assets in the management system. The Content Producer will collaborate with editors, designers, and social media teams to ensure cohesive storytelling that aligns with Mocha’s female-forward and future-focused mission. The role offers hands-on experience in digital media production, editorial workflows, and audience engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Ability to produce and coordinate digital content, including Content Production and Content Management tasks.
Foundational skills in Video Production, such as assisting with filming, basic editing, and organizing video assets.
Understanding of Content Strategy, including audience-focused planning and alignment with editorial themes.
Strong Writing skills for articles, scripts, captions, and other editorial formats.
Interest in lifestyle, business, economy, art, and culture, particularly from inclusive and female-forward perspectives.
Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Noida, with the ability to collaborate in person and remotely.
Good communication, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with basic video or graphic tools, content management systems, or social platforms is an advantage.
Current student or recent graduate in media, journalism, communications, film, or a related field is preferred.
