We're looking for a Production & Demand Planning Manager to be the connection between manufacturing, sales, and design — keeping production on schedule, inventory balanced, and pricing and logistics running smoothly from factory to warehouse.
Responsibilities
Manage communication and relationships with manufacturers
Own and manage production timelines across all product lines
Serve as the liaison between departments, keeping department heads informed on production status
Coordinate timelines with sales to ensure sufficient inventory to meet demand
Lead inventory planning, including determining quantities for bulk orders
Analyze inventory data to maintain healthy stock levels — avoiding both excess and stockouts
Partner with the design team to stay ahead of sampling and production deadlines
Line Planning & Seasonal Calendar
Co-build seasonal line plans incorporating SKU counts, price tiers, carryover vs. new products, and margin targets
Coordinate the master calendar across departments
Pricing & Positioning
Bring market and competitive pricing insight and margin math to product decisions
Support price negotiations with factories based on MOQs and current business
Conduct tariff and duty analysis
Logistics
Place sample (SMS) and bulk orders with factories
Track shipments and deliveries from factory to warehouse
Ensure compliance with third-party import brokers
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in production management, demand planning, or supply chain
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Comfort with data analysis for inventory and demand forecasting
Experience working directly with manufacturers
Experience with FOB/landed cost calculations, pricing strategy, and margin analysis
Familiarity with tariff/duty considerations and import compliance
