Selected candidates will be part of Tata Communications’ legal team. They will:
work on routine commercial- customer facing and procurement facing contracts and perform related tasks.
Drafting of special terms and conditions of customer order forms, purchase orders, etc., SOW, agreements and contracts.
support business and user teams in reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreement both customer facing and vendor facing.
support the creation of legal documentation for various business verticals of Tata Communications.
