The team provides personalized guidance across retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, debt management, and risk management. With a holistic approach, Rita Finserv looks at every aspect of a client’s financial life to design strategies that support long-term objectives. Clients receive ongoing support and plan adjustments as their circumstances evolve, ensuring their financial strategy remains relevant and effective.
Role Description The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships by understanding their financial goals and recommending appropriate services and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, explaining financial planning options, coordinating with internal specialists, and ensuring timely resolution of client queries. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, tracking portfolio performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring close collaboration with the local team and regular in-person interaction with clients.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Solid communication and presentation skills to explain financial concepts clearly to clients with varying levels of financial knowledge.
Basic to intermediate understanding of financial planning areas such as investments, retirement planning, tax strategies, and risk management.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software for client tracking and reporting.
Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment while maintaining high service standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP or equivalent) are an advantage.
Prior experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or advisory roles is preferred.
Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
