Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources will handle end-to-end HR operations for the resort, ensuring a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace for all team members. This full-time, on-site role based in Palghar includes managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating performance management processes. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations and grievance handling, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The Senior Executive Human Resources will collaborate closely with departmental leaders to align HR practices with business goals, support manpower planning, and drive employee engagement and retention. The role also includes ensuring adherence to labor laws, supporting payroll inputs and compliance, and contributing to HR reporting and process improvement.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies in line with legal requirements and organizational values.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training coordination in a hospitality or service-oriented environment is preferred.
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR documentation relevant to the Indian context.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a focus on professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities on-site.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in resort or hotel HR will be an advantage.
