WE'RE HIRING — CLIENT & STUDIO COORDINATOR
10:01 Art Gallery & Tattoo Studio
TEN : ONE is looking for a professional, confident and well-spoken woman to join our team and play a key role in client relations, business outreach and studio operations.
The Role
• Welcome and handle clients, visitors and walk-ins
• Manage enquiries for artworks, commissions, tattoos & workshops
• Coordinate appointments and studio visits
• Reach out to architects, interior designers, design studios and potential collaborators
• Build relationships and follow up on leads
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the artist/studio
• Assist with quotations, artwork details and basic documentation
• Help manage workshops, exhibitions, events and day-to-day studio operations
We're Looking For
• Good communication skills
• Confident, presentable and professional
• Proactive with outreach and follow-ups
• Well-organised and comfortable multitasking
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram, email & Google Workspace
• Experience in client servicing, sales, hospitality, business development, front office, art/design or studio management is a plus

Salary:

20,000 per month, based on experience and suitability for the role.
