Freight Forwarding Executive

Job Description
Cascade Logistics is looking for a Freight Forwarding Executive to join our team and support our Air and Sea Freight operations.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics, with practical knowledge of freight operations, rate negotiations, and pricing for Air and Sea shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day Air & Sea Freight Operations.
Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, airlines, agents, and other logistics partners.
Obtain and evaluate freight rates for Air and Sea shipments.
Conduct rate negotiations with carriers, agents, and service providers.
Prepare and manage freight quotations and pricing.
Follow up on shipments and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate operational and pricing records.
Support the team in developing competitive freight solutions for clients.
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
Qualification: Graduate.
Practical knowledge of Air Freight and Sea Freight operations.
Experience with freight pricing and rate negotiations.
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments/tasks.
