Role Description The Experience and Content Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at The Farm Ecoville in Pune District. The associate will help design, coordinate, and host immersive experiences, including workshops, events, and guided activities that reflect Ecoville’s focus on art, nature, and mindful living. Daily responsibilities include engaging with visitors, answering queries, collecting feedback, and ensuring a welcoming, well-organized environment. The role also involves creating and managing content for digital platforms and on-site communication materials, including writing web content, social media posts, and informational guides that accurately represent Ecoville’s offerings and values. The associate will collaborate with the core team to plan upcoming experiences, conduct research on relevant topics, and support administrative tasks related to reservations and event logistics.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage with visitors of different age groups and backgrounds.
Writing and Web Content Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and accurate content for digital and print materials.
Content Management skills to organize, update, and maintain online platforms and experience-related information.
Research skills to develop thoughtful program ideas, understand audience needs, and stay informed about sustainability and mindful living practices.
Interest in or experience with art, nature-based experiences, and sustainable living.
Ability to work on-site full time, including occasional weekends or special events as needed.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and comfort working in a dynamic, outdoor-oriented environment.
Relevant education or experience in communications, hospitality, arts, environmental studies, or related fields is beneficial.
