We're Hiring: HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Plant
Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan | Natureland Organics
We're scaling fast — across manufacturing and commercial teams — and need someone who can do both:
Own end-to-end hiring (corporate, sales, plant roles)
Be hands-on with plant HR — shop floor, grievances, compliance, attrition
What we need:
8–11 yrs HR experience — with a genuine mix of TA + plant/factory HR (not just one)
Proven proactive sourcing & closing ability
Working knowledge of labour law (PF, ESIC, minimum wages, etc.)
Comfortable moving between a founder conversation and a shop-floor dispute in the same day
Based in or open to relocating to a non-metro industrial town
Reports to: Founders / Business Head (peer role to existing HR Managers)
Ideal for someone who's built a hiring pipeline from scratch AND managed a factory workforce — not looking for a policy or engagement-focused HR role.
