About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Writer with 2–3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong writing and research skills, a good understanding of SEO, and the ability to create engaging, high-quality content across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality, original, and engaging content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
Research industry-related topics and develop content aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Write SEO-friendly blogs and website content based on target keywords and search intent.
Conduct basic keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
Review, edit, and proofread content for grammar, readability, accuracy, and consistency.
Develop compelling headlines, website copy, social media captions, and promotional content.
Collaborate with the SEO, Digital Marketing, Design, and Business Development teams to understand content requirements.
Update and optimize existing content based on SEO performance and changing trends.
Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across different platforms.
Monitor content trends and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities.
Manage multiple content assignments and ensure timely delivery.
Use analytics and content performance data to improve future content strategies.
Required Skills
2–3 years of professional experience in content writing/copywriting.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong understanding of SEO content writing, keyword placement, and search intent.
Excellent research and fact-checking skills.
Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
Ability to write for different audiences, industries, and platforms.
Creative storytelling and strong attention to detail.
Good understanding of digital marketing and content marketing.
Familiarity with Google Docs, MS Word, and basic content management systems (CMS).
Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation.
Candidates with a strong content portfolio/blog portfolio will be preferred.
