Role Description The Senior Sales Marketing role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving revenue growth and brand awareness for Insight Genesis – IGAi. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with key clients and partners across the platform’s verticals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting product solutions, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with marketing to create campaigns that align with business goals. The Senior Sales Marketing professional will analyze market trends, track performance metrics, and refine strategies to expand market presence, particularly in emerging and unbanked markets. This role also includes mentoring team members, coordinating training on product offerings, and ensuring a consistent, customer-focused experience.

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present complex AI-driven solutions clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Customer Service and relationship management skills to nurture client partnerships and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, particularly in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven products.
Training and coaching skills to support sales team development and enable effective product and solution onboarding for clients.
Sales Management experience, including pipeline oversight, forecasting, and strategic account planning.
Experience in or familiarity with at least one of the core verticals: financial services, human resources, education technology, or health and wellness solutions.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, using data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort with digital tools and CRM platforms; experience with marketing automation and performance tracking is beneficial.
