We are looking for a technically strong and experienced professional with comprehensive knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil works.
The candidate should have practical experience in:
* Complete project planning and development
* Detailed BOQ preparation and project costing
* Electrical, mechanical, and civil scope evaluation
* Vendor quotation analysis and rate comparison
* Material and manpower estimation
* Project scheduling and execution planning
* Understanding technical drawings and specifications
* Preparing techno-commercial proposals
* Site coordination and project execution
* Cost control, budgeting, and timely project completion
The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding a project from the initial concept stage through costing, planning, procurement, execution, and final completion.
Relevant experience with an MEP consultancy, EPC company, or industrial project consultancy is preferred.
