Senior Data Analys

Role Description The Senior Data Analyst is a part-time remote role responsible for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that support NWA Founders’ strategic and content decisions. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and organizing data from various platforms, performing data analytics and statistical analysis, and building data models to understand audience behavior, content performance, and growth opportunities. The person in this role will create dashboards and reports, interpret trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear, accessible manner. Additional responsibilities may include recommending data-driven improvements to content strategy, supporting experimentation and A/B testing, and collaborating with team members to refine business and marketing decisions based on data.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools to derive insights and inform decisions.
Proficiency in statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods, to interpret and validate data findings.
Experience with data modeling, including structuring, visualizing, and forecasting data for business and content performance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) and spreadsheet software.
Background in business intelligence, marketing analytics, or media/tech analytics is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
