Junior Video Editor

Plan A is an integrated marketing strategy agency where design, culture, and strategy intersect. We view every campaign as a meticulously curated visual narrative. We are looking for an editor who understands the rhythm of visual storytelling and possesses the technical finesse to craft compelling, high-caliber assets.
The Role:You will animate and edit visual assets for live client campaigns across our portfolio. Working alongside our strategy and design teams, you will spend these six months building a robust body of work that reflects a global creative standard.
Your Responsibilities:
Translating strategic briefs into sophisticated motion graphics, animations, and video edits.
Operating fluently within After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator, while actively exploring CapCut and emerging AI visual tools.
Crafting detailed storyboards and curating premium stock footage to elevate the final composition.
Refining your edits through collaborative, constructive feedback from our creative directors and clients.
Mastering the specific visual language, pacing, and formatting required for distinct digital platforms.
Identifying and implementing global editing trends with a refined, artistic touch.
Your Profile:
Hands-on motion design or editing experience, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
Technical proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
An innate eye for timing, rhythm, and visual engagement.
The discipline to manage tight deadlines while maintaining absolute creative integrity.
A professional openness to feedback and a continuous desire to refine your craft.
