Sales & Customer Support Intern

Boscle is looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Customer Support Intern to join our Chennai team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with real customers, understand business requirements, demonstrate our products, and support customers throughout their journey with Boscle.
Responsibilities
Handle sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead information.
Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Boscle solutions.
Assist customers with onboarding and basic product support.
Visit client locations when required for pre-sales demos, onboarding and support.
Coordinate with the sales, product and support teams.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Qualifications
Good communication skills in English and either Hindi or Tamil.
Confident speaking with customers over phone and in person.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and take ownership.
Comfortable with local travel when required.
Basic computer and digital skills.
Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
Important: This is a Work From Office internship based in Chennai. Candidates must have their own laptop and be comfortable travelling locally for client visits when required.
Compensation: Fixed monthly incentive + performance-based commission.
Successful interns may have an opportunity to continue with Boscle in a full-time role based on performance.
