Job Summary
We are looking for a Kinetic Technical Consultant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Epicor Kinetic technical development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Kinetic customizations, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, reports, REST APIs, C#/.NET, and SQL.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting technical solutions, implementing customizations and integrations, troubleshooting application issues, and working closely with functional and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and support solutions using Epicor Kinetic.
Design and implement technical customizations based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
Develop and consume REST APIs for system integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application-related issues.
Work closely with functional consultants and business teams to understand requirements.
Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Analyze existing solutions and recommend technical improvements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Follow development standards and best practices.
Required Skills
3–4 years of hands-on experience in Epicor Kinetic technical development.
Strong experience with Epicor Kinetic customization and development.
Good knowledge of BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, reports, and REST APIs.
Good knowledge of C#/.NET and SQL.
Experience in developing integrations with external systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
