Key Responsibilities (KRA to be Delivered)
Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media creatives, banners, packaging, and marketing materials.
Translate concepts and ideas into cohesive design assets aligned with brand identity and current trends.
Develop creative designs for a variety of personalised products based on seasonal themes and sales objectives.
Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and brand touchpoints.
Revise, iterate, and refine designs based on feedback while adhering to brand guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications & Requirements
3–4 years of experience in graphic/creative design.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is mandatory.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
