Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and concept-driven classes for CA Final students, particularly for IDT
Create and curate comprehensive study materials, lecture notes, and student-friendly resources aligned with CA Final exam standards.
Provide academic mentoring, guidance, and exam strategy support to learners.
Collaborate with the content and academic teams to improve course structure and learner outcomes.
Build and foster student engagement through webinars.
Actively leverage social media platforms (YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, etc.) to motivate, guide, and inspire learners with both academic and career-oriented content.
Stay updated with the latest changes in CA syllabus, exam patterns, and student learning trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
Experience:
Minimum 3-7 years of relevant teaching experience (preferably in CA Final).
Experience in mentoring students and preparing them for exams is highly desirable.
Preferred Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.(Hindi and English Both)
A student-centric teaching approach with a deep understanding of learning psychology.
High level of comfort with digital tools and online teaching platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to present complex topics in a simple, relatable manner.
Passionate about not just teaching, but mentoring, motivating, and inspiring learners for long-term success.
Ability to build your personal educator brand while aligning with PW’s mission.
Faculty members are expected to either:
Relocate/stay near the nearest available PW studio, or
Have access to their own personal/professional studio setup suitable for high-quality live and recorded classes.
