ATF lead tester

Key Responsibilities
 Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow ATF test
suites across multiple modules.
 Define and implement automated testing strategies for ServiceNow deployments,
upgrades, and release management.
 Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and product
owners to understand testing requirements.
 Develop reusable ATF test scripts and frameworks to maximize automation
coverage.
 Execute regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing using
ServiceNow ATF.
 Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate defect resolution with
development teams.
 Drive quality assurance best practices and establish testing governance across
ServiceNow projects.
 Mentor and guide junior testers and ServiceNow QA team members.
 Ensure compliance with ServiceNow platform standards and testing
methodologies.
 Participate in requirement reviews, solution design discussions, and release
planning activities.
 Generate testing metrics, dashboards, and quality reports for leadership and
project stakeholders.
 Support CI/CD integration and automated release validation processes.

 Understanding of ServiceNow update sets, application development, and release
management.
 Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
 Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
related field.
 8-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF automation experience.
 Experience leading QA/testing teams in ServiceNow implementations and
upgrade programs.
Preferred Certifications
 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
 ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Any Module)
 ServiceNow Certified Test Management or ATF-related expertise
 ISTQB Certification (Preferred)
