Role Description The VP of Program Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the Women in Leadership with AI Driven Engagement Certificate Program. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing program timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of all course modules and learning activities. This role will monitor program performance data, identify areas for enhancement, and implement operational strategies that improve participant experience and outcomes. The VP will collaborate with academic leaders, industry experts, and technology partners to integrate AI-driven engagement tools and maintain high-quality standards. Additional responsibilities include overseeing budgets, resource allocation, and compliance with institutional policies while fostering an inclusive, learner-centered environment.
Qualifications
Program management skills, including experience designing, implementing, and scaling educational or professional development programs.
