Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Noida. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The role involves handling correspondence, drafting documents and presentations, organizing conferences or internal events, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items for senior leadership. The Executive Assistant will maintain records, support day-to-day office operations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and efficient decision-making.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including managing schedules, meetings, and executive communication.
Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as document preparation, data management, and office coordination.
Candidates should possess experience in handling Expense Reports and basic financial tracking for executive-level activities.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office suite, calendaring and collaboration platforms).
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
