Backend Development

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer – Data Engineering with 6–10 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in backend development, SQL, database management, API development, and backend architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
Write, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries and database operations.
Work with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
Design and implement backend architecture and system solutions.
Work on data processing and database-related requirements.
Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
Implement secure, reliable, and maintainable backend solutions.
Integrate internal and third-party APIs/services.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Work closely with engineering, QA, product, and other teams.
Take ownership of assigned technical tasks from development through delivery.
Required Skills
5–10 years of relevant backend development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend development.
Experience with TypeScript (backend), JavaScript, or Rust is an advantage.
Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of SQL.
Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
Knowledge of Backend Architecture & System Design.
Experience with API Security and Performance Optimization.
Understanding of scalable and maintainable backend development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
