Qualifications
Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras) and familiarity with generative models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development (e.g., Python) and experience building APIs or backend services (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).
Knowledge of data processing, model training, evaluation, and optimization techniques, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and hyperparameter tuning.
Experience working with cloud platforms or MLOps tools (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) for deploying and managing AI solutions in production.
Understanding of responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, bias mitigation, and transparent model documentation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate complex concepts clearly, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
Previous experience in AI/ML engineering, research, or applied data science is preferred; contributions to open-source projects or published work in AI are a plus.
