MERN Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented MERN Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and full-stack frameworks like Node.js and React.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-quality applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).
Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems with clean, scalable architectures.
Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end components and UI features using React.
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Design, deploy, and manage scalable applications on AWS using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and other relevant AWS services.
Develop and implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other serverless technologies where appropriate.
Collaborate with Product, UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure scalability and reliability.
Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and delivery.
Required skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency and mandatory experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Strong experience with Node.js and related backend technologies.
Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and related frontend technologies.
Experience in building REST APIs and working with microservices architecture.
Good understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Jira.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
AWS Certification
Knowledge of containerization & orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience working with messaging queues (Kafka/SQS/RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with UI libraries/frameworks like Material UI, Tailwind, or Bootstrap.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
