Syndigo MDM Developer

Project Description:
We are seeking a Syndigo MDM Developer to join our Client's IT system house and European data center. Based in Düsseldorf, it supports the retail by providing IT services and developing IT solutions on an international level for the Client in Europe.
Your goal in the project is to configure, develop, integrate, and support the Syndigo platform, ensuring that master-data requirements are implemented effectively and that the solution is ready for a stable go-live and ongoing operations.
Responsibilities:
• Design and own end-to-end Syndigo MDM development covering Product, Location, and Supplier domains.
• Help define multi-domain data models, golden records, and develop governance workflows
• Manage User Access Master Data including roles, permissions, and RBAC/ABAC models
• Integrate Syndigo with ERP (SAP), IAM platforms, and other digital channels
• Enforce Segregation of Duties and audit-ready access controls
• Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and audit readiness
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for change deployments
Mandatory Skills Description:
* 5+ years of experience in MDM, data development, or enterprise systems
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Syndigo platforms (Syndigo MDM SAAS)
* Experience in Product, Location and Supplier Master Data domains
* Solid understanding of data flows, interfaces, mappings, and production support considerations
* Experience with data governance and master data management

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
