Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UX UI role based in Hyderabad. The role involves translating product requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and mockups, and refining them through stakeholder feedback. The team member will create visually consistent interfaces, develop interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications, and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Day-to-day work includes conducting basic usability reviews, supporting user research, documenting design specifications, and maintaining design systems and style guides. The role also requires working with front-end developers to align interaction patterns, validate design feasibility, and ensure a high-quality user experience across all releases.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong User Experience Design (UED) skills, including user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
Candidates should possess skills in Mockups and Visual Design to create clean, consistent, and accessible UI layouts.
Candidates should possess Prototyping skills to build interactive prototypes for testing and communicating design intent.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development awareness (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript or equivalent) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design, accessibility best practices, and modern UI patterns.
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to present design decisions clearly.
Relevant degree or certification in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in healthcare or enterprise SaaS products is an advantage.
