Data Migration Specialist

🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Specialist with strong expertise in data migration strategy, ETL, data mapping, migration automation, and legacy-to-SaaS migration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing large-scale data migration, cutover activities, and performance/volume testing.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end data migration strategies and solutions.
Develop ETL processes and data mapping for migration projects.
Automate data migration workflows and validation processes.
Execute legacy-to-SaaS data migration initiatives.
Plan and perform cutover data loads with minimal business disruption.
Conduct performance and volume testing to ensure migration scalability and reliability.
Work with stakeholders to understand source/target systems, data structures, and migration requirements.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
Handle sensitive data with appropriate PII protection and data security practices.
Work with Snowflake and other modern data platforms where required.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in Data Migration / Data Engineering.
Strong experience in Data Migration Strategy & Design.
Hands-on experience with ETL & Data Mapping.
Experience in Migration Automation.
Strong understanding of Legacy-to-SaaS Migration.
Experience with Cutover Data Loads.
Experience in Performance & Volume Testing.
