Art Director (Graphic Design)

Based in Mumbai (Hybrid)
We’re looking for an Art Director who can help the design team to turn a brief into a compelling visual idea and carry it through to execution. You’ll work across brand campaigns, digital content, corporate films and video pitches, shaping work that looks distinctive and communicates clearly.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for guiding and supervising the design team to Develop visual concepts, mood boards, storyboards and campaign presentations.
Guide typography, layouts, imagery, colour and motion to keep every piece of work consistent.
Present concepts to clients and explain the thinking behind them.
Review creative work and give clear, constructive feedback.
Explore AI and emerging production tools where they improve the creative result.
Help close projects with success and client satisfaction.
What we are looking for
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fine art / applied art
8-10 years' of digital and print design or advertising experience
Strong portfolio showing original ideas and polished execution.
Experience in advertising, branding, content production or a related creative field.
A good eye for design and an understanding of visual storytelling.
Confidence with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI design tools, and familiarity with video production workflows.
Ability to manage multiple briefs, collaborate well and meet deadlines.
