NOURIA is looking for a Logistics Executive / Associate to join our Operations & Logistics team and manage day-to-day order fulfilment, dispatch and shipment operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily order processing and dispatch
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, Packaging and Customer Support teams
• Verify orders, SKUs, quantities, addresses and payment status before dispatch
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries
• Generate AWBs/shipping labels and maintain shipment records
• Track Domestic & International shipments and resolve delivery exceptions
• Follow up on delayed, undelivered and stuck shipments
• Manage RTO tracking, follow-ups and return reasons
• Maintain inward/outward and shipment records
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly logistics MIS
• Monitor pending/unfulfilled orders and ensure timely closure
• Maintain accurate data in Excel/Google Sheets, Shopify, Shiprocket and other logistics platforms
What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, E-commerce Fulfilment, Dispatch or Warehouse Operations
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Fashion / Apparel / D2C / E-commerce will be an advantage
