🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IAC & Application DBA to join our Database Engineering team. The role involves managing PostgreSQL and other database platforms, automating cloud infrastructure using Terraform, building CI/CD pipelines, and supporting database design, migration, backup, recovery, and release activities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and cloud-native templates.
Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
Administer and manage PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases.
Perform database design, data modeling, migration, backup, and recovery activities.
Automate database deployment and management processes end-to-end.
Collaborate with Application, Infrastructure, Operations, and Information Security teams.
Support database release processes and ensure secure, scalable database environments.
Work in Linux environments and develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
3+ years of experience in Database Administration and/or Database Engineering.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform / IaC.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with Python / PowerShell / Bash scripting.
Experience with Git and GitHub Actions.
Experience working with AWS cloud environments.
Strong understanding of database management, architecture, and data modeling.
Working proficiency in Linux.
