Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sales growth and market development within an assigned geographic area. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare customers, distributors, and key decision-makers, while promoting Stryker’s product portfolio. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, provide timely support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes training and educating customers and channel partners on product features, benefits, and best practices, as well as reporting on territory performance and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and achieving revenue targets.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support healthcare professionals effectively.
Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product education, demonstrations, and ongoing support to customers and partners.
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; relevant medical device or healthcare sales experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in CRM and standard business software tools.
Proven track record in field sales, understanding of healthcare or medical device markets in India, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
