Vice President, Collateral Management/Margins Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role Vice President, Middle Office Collateral Management, to join our Integrated Middle Office Solutions team. This role is in Singapore
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Lead and develop a high-performing Collateral Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and client excellence.
Provide oversight of collateral management, dispute resolution and reconciliation activities, ensuring delivery of accurate, timely and high-quality operational support to clients and counterparties.
Act as the senior escalation point for complex operational issues, client inquiries and margin disputes, driving effective resolution while minimizing operational and reputational risk.
Maintain a strong control environment through effective governance, risk management practices and adherence to regulatory, policy and audit requirements.
Partner with Relationship Management, Product, Risk and other key stakeholders to support business growth, enhance client experience and deliver operational excellence.
Lead operational readiness and implementation activities for new client onboardings, product launches and business expansion initiatives, ensuring seamless transition into business-as-usual support.
Champion the adoption of AI-enabled solutions, digital tools and workflow automation capabilities to improve productivity, enhance decision-making and strengthen operational controls across the collateral operating model.
Drive the development and utilization of data analytics, management information and reporting solutions, leveraging platforms such as Alteryx and other strategic technologies to identify trends, reduce manual effort and deliver actionable business insights.
Support process reengineering, automation and transformation initiatives that increase scalability, improve service quality and reduce operational risk.
Monitor key performance indicators, service levels and risk metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and continuously enhance team performance and operating effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. 10-15 years of experience in collateral management, derivatives operations, middle office or related financial services functions, including people leadership responsibilities.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to build, develop and retain high performing teams while delivering operational excellence and strong client outcomes.
Strong knowledge of collateral management, reconciliations, dispute resolution, operational risk, controls and regulatory requirements within a derivatives operating environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across clients, counterparties and senior business partners.
Proven track record of driving transformation, process improvement and digital adoption through the use of data analytics, automation and technologies such as Alteryx and AI-enabled solutions.
