About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Domestic IT Recruiters with 1 to 3 years of experience in Contract Staffing. If you have a strong understanding of the Indian IT hiring market, excellent sourcing skills, and a passion for closing positions, we would love to hear from you.
📍 Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
📅 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT Contract Staffing requirements.
✅ Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, references, and internal databases.
✅ Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
✅ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
✅ Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer closures.
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
✅ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Prior experience in Contract Staffing recruitment is mandatory.
