About the Role
We are looking for a creative, confident, and strategically minded Strategist who can work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams and play a key role in client communication, presentations, business development, and deal closure.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable presenting ideas to premium clients, understanding their requirements, developing strategic solutions, and effectively communicating the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to develop and execute client strategies.
* Understand client requirements and translate them into effective marketing and business strategies.
* Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to premium clients.
* Lead client discussions and confidently communicate strategic recommendations.
* Handle client queries, objections, and follow-ups throughout the sales process.
* Build strong client relationships and contribute towards closing deals.
* Develop an understanding of content strategy, including content planning, positioning, messaging, and audience communication.
* Understand and contribute to sales strategy, lead conversion, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed strategies are practical and aligned with client requirements.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and creative approaches.
* Bring fresh, innovative ideas to client pitches and marketing strategies.
## Requirements
* Fresher to 1 year of experience in strategy, sales, marketing, business development, client servicing, or a related field.
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong presentation and pitching skills.
* Confident personality with the ability to communicate with premium clients.
* Creative and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Basic understanding of content strategy and sales strategy.
* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn.
