About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Professional – Debt Syndication to manage and drive the company’s debt-raising and financial structuring initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong banking background with extensive experience in corporate lending, debt syndication, structured finance, and relationship management with financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead debt syndication, fundraising, and financing transactions for real estate projects.
🔹 Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and investors.
🔹 Identify suitable funding opportunities and negotiate competitive financing terms.
🔹 Manage end-to-end debt transactions, including term sheets, financial due diligence, documentation, and closure.
🔹 Prepare and review financial models, funding proposals, credit notes, and presentations.
🔹 Coordinate with internal finance, legal, projects, and management teams for timely execution.
🔹 Monitor existing debt facilities, repayment schedules, covenants, and refinancing opportunities.
🔹 Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, lending policies, and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate
✨ 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably from a banking background.
✨ Strong exposure to debt syndication, corporate finance, structured finance, and real estate financing.
✨ Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
