Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding business opportunities, supporting sales and recruitment activities, strengthening networker relationships, coordinating marketing initiatives, and driving overall market growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Business Expansion: Identify and explore new market areas to expand DXN’s presence and develop strategies to tap into new customer segments.
Performance Monitoring: Oversee and evaluate the sales and recruitment activities of branches, warehouses, and stockiest to identify gaps and drive growth.
Network Development: Build strong relationships with networkers, provide mentoring, and monitor the development of Star Agents, Star Ruby's, and Star Diamonds.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company activities, including monthly meetings, motivational rallies, mega sizzles, and recognition nights.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and track networker engagement with other MLM companies to provide strategic recommendations.
Customer Care & Training: Address conflicts, respond to market queries, and ensure the delivery of effective training programs across regions.
Desired Qualification:
UG: BBA / BMS / Management
PG: MBA / PGDM (Any Specialization)
Compensation:
Commensurate with skills, experience, and market trends.
